Baileigh offers a competitively priced line of ring roll benders for bending larger radii of angle iron, extrusions, round tubes, square tubing, and solid bars. Our section roll bending machines consist of two driven rolls and three driven roll versions as well as pyramid ring rolls or double pinch ring roll benders. This line of machines can be specified for machines up to 9 inches in OD. We offer manual, electric driven and hydraulic assisted bending machines.

Baileigh cold saws consist of 11, 14, and 18 inch coldsaw versions using manual, semi automatic, and cnc automatic cutting functions. Our cold saw line is built out of heavy castings with massive solid gearboxes, and ingenious engineered designs that offer the most solid and ridged coldsaws on the market at very reasonable prices. Our saws run at low RPM's and don't produce dirty grit like the basic chop saw. If your looking for a circular cold saw Baileigh has the right machine for the application. Baileigh's band saw line consists of manual and semi automatic band saws that can cut from 9 to 13 inch round metals such as mild steel, aluminum, chromoly, brass, bronze, and much more. Our larger miter band saw can saw rectangle up to 13 x 19 inch of ferrous and non ferrous metals. Baileigh horizontal band saws make the sawing experience enjoyable as some models come with variable speeds, dual mitering capabilities, 1 or 1-1/4 inch blades, single or three phase, and manual or hydraulic descent capable. Baileigh band saws are made of heavy castings with simple controls that offer years of quality cutting.

Baileigh sheet metal notchers offer fixed and variable angle versions for notching plate up to 1/4 inch thick. Our corner notchers have a patented blade gap adjustment, so when changing plate thickness there are no adjustments to make since the machine does is automatically. Baileigh's hydraulic notchers utilize negative notching and are the perfect notching machines for corner notching sheet metal that is ferrous or non-ferrous.

Baileigh's welding positioners are perfect for round tube or pipe. A Baileigh welding positioner can handle 300 amp service and can hold 250 lbs vertically and 200 lbs horizontally. The Model 1800 weld positioner has a 2-1/2 inch through hole for long pieces of tubing. Our weld positioners utilize a powerful DC motor and gearbox that allows for no stuttering even at very slow speeds.

Our line of horizontal press brakes range from 25 to 115 tons of power. A horizontal press brake is great because the parts are lying horizontal on the bending press so they are always at a true 90 angle.
