Model 500-S - Rotary Draw Tube and Pipe Bender

One shot bending up to 206 degrees without stopping or ratcheting.
The model 500 pipe bender is variable speed as controlled by the operator.
Bends pull out in seconds (no disassembly required)
This pipe bender has a unique design that is coupled with a powerful hydraulic pump and industrial grade hydraulics that reduces production time and improves efficiencies.
Like all RMD tube benders, the model 500 has a fast cycle time.
This pipe benders maximum capacity is 3" Schedule 40 pipe, 3" square,& 4" tube (.185 wall mild steel).
The maximum center line radius is 12" (depending on wall thickness, and material).
Programming bend angle is as easy as turning a hand wheel. A numerical counter displays the desired degree that the machine will automatically stop at.
Consistent with all RMD tube benders, this machine is made of solid steel construction and weighs an impressive 1800 lbs.
Die sets are interchangeable with all RMD benders.

Our pipe benders can be advanced after stopping the machine, saving on set-up costs (material savings).
